This project has been constructed over multiple stages and is currently ongoing. Insight Plumbing has completed to date all aspects of the hydraulic and civil works including amenities, kitchenettes, canteen, trade waste, fire hydrant system, outdoor play areas and the early learning centre.

The civil drainage infrastructure has been a large portion of this project consisting of 3 bio detention basins, 2 carparks, pipe diameters up to 900mm and depths greater than 3m deep.
